SWB Fitness is an overall fitness, strength and conditioning program. Workouts of the day (WODs) include constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity. Our gym offers programmed group classes, coached by trained professionals to help you reach your personal fitness goals. It is accessible to people of all ages, abilities and fitness levels. Our skilled coaches and supportive community will guide you through your fitness journey. We are more than an exercise program, it is a lifestyle and a community!
Why us over a conventional gym?
SWB Fitness is a community where your coaches and fellow athletes keep you accountable, encouraged and motivated! Each class is structured with warm-ups, programmed workouts and a focus on technique/skill building.
What if I've never done a program like this before?
One of the many benefits of our program is that everything is adaptable to your abilities. No experience needed! Everyone in our classes has started out in your shoes! No experience is needed.
Can I try a class before becoming a member?
Yes! Our trial program is 5 classes free, Mon-Fri.
How many classes should I attend a week?
Consistency is very important and we recommend a minimum of 3 classes a week to see results and make progress. With daily classes and times, find a schedule that works for you! We highly recommend scheduled rest days to take care of your body.
